* As of January 2014, there is a single permit that unites what were formerly known as work permit and residency for employment purposes. As such, clients seeking to settle in Hungary for the purposes of employment will need only this one procedure.
Hungarian Citizenship
Citizenship Application Package: 1000 EUR
Includes eligibility consultation and language assessment, together with supporting the whole application process, but excludes optional genealogy research and language course.
Eligibility Consultation only: 120 EUR
Checking whether you are eligible based on your knowledge about your ancestry, and whether the documents you have are sufficient.
Genealogy Research and/or Acquiring Proof of Ancestry (if required): individual pricing starting at 300 EUR
If you do not have the necessary information or papers available, we will do the required family tree research (anywhere within or outside present-day Hungary) and obtain proof of ancestry on your behalf.
Hungarian Language Lessons (online or offline) Specifically for Citizenship Interview (if needed)
Individual pricing based on assessment We work with language teachers specialized in preparing you for the citizenship interview, and offer tailored preparatory courses on- or off-line (with a usual maximum of 25 lessons required)
